missingWrote a review on Dec 29friendly staffoutdoor heated poolgreat locationlow-quality breakfast
We loved the location since it was close to the Grand Theatre of Quebec and the underground walkway to shopping spots. The staff was super friendly, and everything was clean and in good shape. The outdoor heated pool was amazing, especially in the cold weather. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway.
One downside was the breakfast buffet. While it had a variety of options, it was mostly low-quality. For the price, I expected better.

We loved how the hotel is just a short walk away from the Old Town area, making it easy for our family to explore the local sights.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation was a bit tight for large families. It would be great to have more space available for family vehicles.

Couple looking for decent stay
The location was great, easy walking to all the sights, and the breakfast had good options, not wasteful at all. Also, even with the ongoing renovations, the room was spacious and clean, felt good to relax after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I guess for the area, it was acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Mar 01fantastic locationamazing burgersfriendly staffpoor maintenanceelevator issuesroom cleaning
The location of the Delta Hotel is fantastic, really close to Old Quebec, making it easy to explore. Staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. The pool area offered a nice retreat after a long day, though it felt a bit too warm. The burgers at the nearby bistro were amazing. Check-in went smoothly. However, the hotel has some significant issues. The elevators were insufficient for the number of guests, resulting in long waits. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly on the first day. Maintenance needed attention. we saw mold in the shower and peeling wallpaper. It felt rundown. Despite these issues, our room was large and had plenty of closet space, which was a plus. Breakfast was decent, but we faced confusion over the prepaid vouchers at the restaurant. Overall, there's room for improvement, especially with maintenance and service efficiency.
